Cobalt Named to Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces For 2021

We are thrilled to say that Cobalt has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021.

I am thrilled to say that Cobalt has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. The full list, which can be found here, is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.

At a time when companies have had to rethink, reimagine, and reinvent what it means to be there for their employees, we are proud to have maintained a safe, transparent and welcoming place to work even amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic and as we permanently transitioned to a remote-first organization. I’m happy to honor and celebrate Cobalt’s leadership and resilience during this time, as well as that of our employees.

As Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk put it “The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year.” “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year and we are so proud to be amongst the honorees. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
